Re-Working Beta Carrotina (PVZ Heroes) Part 4

Genetic Amplification only Conjures 2-Cost Plants. I actually think this is too tight of a restriction. There is not a very large pool of specifically 2 cost Plants to randomly pull from. This reduces the Randomness inherent in the fun factor of Conjuring. I decided to increase the range of plants that can be Conjured by Genetic Amplification.

I enjoy creating and balancing cards in card games, and I love the idea of a Medieval flavored PVZ Heroes card set. So I decided to invent some cards that would go into it. I do not know of a way to create PVZ Heroes-style cards, so I made them in a Hearthstone card generator.
